We have four bright and roomy guest rooms featuring solid oak beds, comfortable mattresses, and crisp, white bed linens.
Each guest room has oak dressing table / desk with a large mirror, hairdryer, complimentary hospitality tray (well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits), mini fridge (with bottled water, fresh milk and Irn Bru), a Sony smart TV with Firestick, and free highspeed WiFi.
Ensuite bathrooms offer power showers or soaking tubs with plenty of hot water, soft, fluffy, white towels and washcloths, and complimentary Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries.
Breakfast
Join us in our sunny breakfast room from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM for our complimentary basic breakfast of tea or coffee, toast, cereal, and juice.
Or indulge and choose Lance’s hearty made to order full cooked Scottish breakfast or the lighter continental breakfast, both priced at £10 per person per day. Prepay when booking or simply order onsite the night before for ultimate flexibility.
Laundry Service
Travel light with our full-service laundry wash for £20 per load.
Drop off a small load of lightly soiled, colourfast, tumble dryer-safe clothing in the morning (request a laundry basket), and we’ll have it washed at 30°C with Persil non-biological powder, tumble-dried, and neatly folded by 5:00 PM. Pay on departure for convenience.

Booking Details
Secure your stay with full payment at booking. For cancellations 5 or more days before arrival, we offer a refund minus the first night’s accommodation. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are non-refunded.
